EDI Viewer is a Windows based software tool from Now! Technology Inc. that operates on Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, and contains the following integrated or stand-alone modules:

Crown Royalty Invoice Module

imports the crown royalty invoice monthly file
allows detailed reporting of all information on the invoice
uploads the complete invoice to your accounting system
exports the invoice data in 20 different file formats
installed at over 20 clients

Allowable Costs (Gas Cost Allowance) Module

prints all AC forms and creates an EDI file for electronic filing.
global client code change allows you to change an existing client code to a new client code for all FCC’s the client code is involved in, automatically generate an AC1 and print the AC1’s.
generate partner reports
database driven so keying errors are greatly reduced resulting in lower penalties.
allows detailed reporting of AC form information.

Department Defined File Module

imports the annual capital cost allowance, custom processing, and corporate effective royalty rate files
shows the detail of the annual amounts found on the crown royalty invoice.

Alberta Municipal Affairs Tax Assessment Module

imports the municipal well and pipeline tax assessment file
has validation reports that find tax assessment errors where taxes are too high
ability to add additional municipality data, such as mill rates and industrial assessment information for buildings, structures, and equipment.
exports the invoice data in 20 different file formats
