EDI Viewer - Change Contact Person


The Change Contact Person window is used to change the contact person for a FCC to a different contact person.Contact persons are used on all AC forms and can be used to assign FCC responsibility to different contact persons. You can also run reports by contact person.

To change contact persons:
  1. Choose the Old Contact Person you are going to change. By choosing a contact person, you will see all the FCC's assigned to that contact person.
  2. Choose the New Contact Person.
  3. Click and highlite the FCC's you want to be changed from the old contact person to the new contact person. You can use Windows functionality to highlite multiple rows.
  4. Click on the Change Names button to see the names changed to the new contact person. This change is only changed on the window, but not in the database.
  5. Click the Save button on the toolbar to save your changes in the database.
 
To Print, click the Print toolbar button or choose Print from the File menu.  
To Export, click the Export toolbar button to save this data in another format.  
To Filter, click the Filter toolbar button to set a filter to see a specific group of contact persons.
