EDI Viewer - Comments

The Comments window is used to comment on Facility Cost Centers in the Allowable Costs module.

To add a comment from the toolbar, do the following:
  • Highlight a Facility Cost Center in the FCC Explorer.
  • Click on the Comments button in the tool bar.
  • Type in text in the Comments pop up window. Notice that the FCC being commented on is in the title bar.
  • Close the Comments window and respond to message box by clicking:
    • 'Yes' to save
    • 'No' to exit without saving
    • 'Cancel' to return to the Comments window

To add a comment from the Facility Cost Center Setup window, do the following:

  • Highlight a Facility Cost Center in the Facility Cost Center Setup window.
  • Click the Comments tab in the bottom left corner; type in your comments.
  • To save, click to another tab or click the save button in the toolbar.

To delete a comment do the following:

  • Highlight the Facility Cost Center in the FCC Explorer that you wish to edit the comments.
  • Click on the Comments button in the tool bar.
  • Highlight the text and press the delete key to remove blocks of text or use the cursor to edit single characters by pressing the backspace or delete keys.
