EDI Viewer - Allowable Costs DDF Comparison Report

The Allowable Costs DDF Comparison is used to compare what is in your Allowable Cost system versus what is in the government's Allowable Cost system. The government will send you what is in their system electronically in the Crown Invoice Annual files (or DDF, department defined files as they are also known.). We import these files in our Crown Invoice Annual module.

This report compares by FCC by production year the AC2 Part2 information in both systems and flags any errors where the amounts are different. This will also flag any errors where you have a non-operated FCC and your partner has failed to file the AC2 forms for the year you are comparing.
