EDI Viewer - BC Crown Royalty Invoice Toolbar

This is the EDI Viewer BC Crown Royalty Invoice Toolbar.

The toolbar buttons functions are:

• Retrieve: retrieve data from the database based for parameters that have been selected from the Parameter bar.
• Reports: open the BC Crown Royalty Invoice Reports window
• Estimates: open the BC Estimates window. This window is used to enter data to create estimates/accruals for a production month.
• GL Upload: open the GL Upload window. This is used to create an upload file of a BC08 invoice for your financial system and to create estimates/accruals.
• UWI: open the UWI Master File window. This is used to see all UWI's imported from BC08 invoices and add additional information for:
  • On Production dates, Base Classes, Deep Well indicators, True Vertical Depth, Measure Depth to Pay, Daily Cutoff, Deep Bank Maximum, Used Portion, and Unused portion, Crown or Freehold Well, and link UWI's to 2 user defined groups.
• CC: open the Cost Center Maintenance window. This is used to link all UWI's to cost centers for creating financial uploads.
• Save: save your changes to the database.
• Print: print the current report to the printer.
• Export: export the data on your current report to Excel, Lotus, HTML, or many other file formats.
• Filter: filter the data on the report brought back by the Retrieve button. Filtering can let you drill down to the smallest detail of data you need to find.
• Sort: sort your report data in the order you want.
