| Description: | The Variance report shows
the difference in the 'Opening Capital Costs','Capital
Additions','Depreciation','Closing Capital Costs' and
'Net CCA Allocation' for a facility cost center given two
different invoices. The system will obtain the latest
invoice versus the one selected by the user. In the example above, invoice 92214 is selected by the user; and the system found invoice 82962 to be latest invoice issued before 92214. We know this by checking the issue date. The report shows the difference for FCC 022057 for 'Opening Capital Costs' during production year 1994 to be 0. As for FCC 022057 during prod year 1995, invoice 82962 was the only one issued; thus the difference shows up as a negative amount. |
