EDI Viewer - Rollforward Tax Data

This window is used to rollforward the tax data to begin processing a new tax.
The system will roll forward all owners, titles, entities (including all attached lessees) from the tax year to the new tax year.

This should be done before importing the .xml tax statement files for the new year.

The process could be:

• Rollforward Tax Data
• Update any information for owners, titles, or entities rolled forward
• Import Lessor and Lessee Invoice Files
• Add lessees for new entities
• Create invoices

To use this window:

• Select the year you want to copy from.
• Select the year you want to copy to.
• When you click Start, the system will roll forward all owners, titles, entities (including all attached lessees) from the tax year to the new tax year.
