This report is populated by the Stream Xref window, so you must open the Streams Xref window in between importing an invoice and checking this report. IE - you cannot import an invoice and then use this report to find streams without cost centers. You must open the Stream Xref window after importing an invoice in order to put new wells into the database.

Description:	The Streams without Cost Centers Report shows all the streams that do not have cost centers set up for them.
Report Totals:	Report totals are provided at the stream level.
Sort Order:	Stream ID Type and Stream ID Code
