EDI Viewer - Saskatchewan Crown Royalty Invoice Toolbar

This is the EDI Viewer SK Crown Royalty Invoice Toolbar.

The toolbar buttons functions are:

• Retrieve: retrieve data from the database based for parameters that have been selected from the Parameter bar.
• Reports: open the SK Crown Royalty Invoice Reports window
• Company:: open the GL Company Maintenance window. This is used to link BA ID's to financial companies.
• Facility: open the Facility Maintenance window. This is used to maintain facilities by adding cost centers or linking facilities to a higher level for reporting.
• Well: open the Well Maintenance window. This is used to maintain wells, add incentive volumes and link wells to different groups for reporting..
• CC: open the Cost Center Maintenance window. This is used to link all wells to cost centers for creating financial uploads.
• GL Acct: open the GL Account Maintenance window. This is used to create a cross reference to your chart of accounts for creating financial uploads.
• GL Upload:: open the GL Upload window. This is used to create an upload file of a SK08 invoice for your financial system and to create estimates/accruals.
• Save: save your changes to the database.
• Print: print the current report to the printer.
• Export: export the data on your current report to Excel, HTML, or many other file formats.
• Filter: filter the data on the report brought back by the Retrieve button. Filtering can let you drill down to the smallest detail of data you need to find.
• Sort: sort your report data in the order you want.
