EDI Viewer - SK MRT Cost Center Import

The SK MRT Cost Center Import tab is used to import cost center from the EDI Viewer Excel Cost Center template. If you do not have this template, please contact us.

To see the titless and cost centers on this window, select Tax Year and Company at the top left of the window and click the Retrieve button on the toolbar.

There are 3 steps to the Cost Center Import:

Import the Cost Center File
Validate the Import File
Update Cost Center data


Import Cost Center File clicking this button will prompt you to pick the file you want to import and import it for you.


Validate Import File clicking this button will validate your input file data against your cost center data. The Status column will show you a message for each line that fails validation.


Update Cost Centers clicking this button will update your cost center data with matching data from your import file. For the update to work, the Tax Year, Company Code, BA ID, Title Code and Parcel Code must all match. The Status column will show you a message for each line that fails to update.

After Updating, you can go to the Cost Center tab, click Retrieve, and you will see the updated data.
