EDI Viewer - Saskatchewan Mineral Rights Tax Roll forward Tax Data

This window is used to rollforward the tax data to begin processing a new tax year.
The system will roll forward all owners, parcels, titles (including all attached lessees), Report Groups, and GL company data from the tax year to the new tax year.

This should be done before importing the .xml invoice files for the new year.

The process could be:

• Rollforward Tax Data
• Update any information for owners, companies, parcels, or titles rolled forward
• Import Invoice Details and Invoice Summary .xml Files
• Add lessees for new titles
• Create invoices

To use this window:

• Select the year you want to copy from.
• Select the year you want to copy to.
• When you click Start, the system will roll forward all owners, parcels, titles (including all attached lessees), Report Groups, and GL company data from the tax year to the new tax year.
