EDI Viewer - BC Crown Royalty Invoice Window

The BC Crown Royalty Invoice window is made up of three sections:

Section 1 - Query Selection

The query parameters are found at the top of the Crown Royalty Invoice window. These selections will be enabled/disabled depending on which report tab you are on. For example, when you are on the Invoice report tab, only the Invoice list box is available because when you are looking at the invoice, it doesn't make sense to choose a product.

These query parameters can be used individually or in conjunction with each other. The query parameters determine what data is retrieved from the database. Once the data has been retrieved, the Filter button on the toolbar can be used to further refine the data.

Section 2 - Report Tabs

The report tabs each represent a different EDI Viewer report or multiple reports. By clicking on the tab, you will change to this report. If there is a Select Report: on the line below the tab heading, then this tab has multiple reports. Choose your report and then you can choose your query selection and retrieve data for the report.

Section 3 - Report Data

This section displays the report you have selected by choosing one of the report tabs. This is the report you would also be printing if you clicked the Print toolbar item.
