EDI Viewer - Billing Period Detail Reports

 

Description: The Billing Period Detail and Billing Period Detail by Facility are reports which show a summary of charge types by production month and by facility. These reports give you a quick look at what charges are contained on the invoice.

The Production Year Detail and Production Year Detail by Facility reports are very similar to the government reports. If you run these reports using a range of production periods (1998-01 to 1998-12) and leave the invoice number blank, they will show all invoices that had any effect on a production month.
Report Totals: Report totals are provided at 4/5 levels. They are:
  1. Summary totals by Production Month (Detail by Facility only)
  2. Summary totals by Production Year
  3. Summary totals by Client Code
  4. Summary totals by Invoice number
  5. Summary totals for the Report
Sort Order: Invoice number, Client code, Production Period (descending, 1998, 1997, 1996, etc.), Facility.
Page Breaks: Invoice number - a change of invoice number will start on a new page.
