The Property Tax Toolbar

This is the EDI Viewer Property Tax Toolbar.

The toolbar buttons functions are:

• Retrieve: retrieve data from the database based for parameters that have been selected from the Parameter bar.
• Reports: open the PT Reports window.
• Land Xref: open the PT Land Assessment Maintenance window. This window is used to divide land assessments to different sub-categories so the total land assessment can have multiple mill rates applied when calculating Tax Payable.
• Rate Xref: open the PT Mill Rates window. This window is used to enter data to apply mill rates used for tax calculations to imported assessment values.
• Linear CC: open the PT Well / Pipe Cost Center Cross Reference window. This is used to link cost centers and additional data to unique PPID's.
• Industrial CC: open the PT Industrial Cost Center Cross Reference window. This is used to link cost centers and additional data to industrial Roll Numbers.
• GL Accounts: open the PT GL Account Cross Reference window. This is used to link government property component codes to your financial accounts.
• GL Upload: open the PT GL Upload window. This is used to create an upload file of your invoice for your financial system.
• Save: save your changes to the database.
• Print: print the current report to the printer.
• Export: export the data on your current report to Excel, Lotus, HTML, or many other file formats.
• Filter: filter the data on the report brought back by the Retrieve button. Filtering can let you drill down to the smallest detail of data you need to find.
• Sort: sort your report data in the order you want.
